📦 Exchange Policy
* Local Orders (Pakistan):
    * Products can be exchanged only through our Online Store.
    * Items must be unused, with labels and tags intact.
    * Exchanges are offered only if:
        * The wrong product was delivered, or
        * The product is faulty/damaged.
    * Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
    * Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
* International Orders:
    * Exchanges are not available, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.
* Sale Items:
    * No exchanges are offered unless the wrong product was delivered.
🔄 Exchange Procedure
If you received the wrong item or a faulty/damaged product:
1. Contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours after deliver.
2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
3. Reach us via:
    * WhatsApp/Call: 0370-4879-105
4. Our representative will arrange the correct item for you.
❌ Order Cancellation
* Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
* Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible, and the exchange policy applies.
* lyzapret.com reserves the right to cancel orders if:
    * The item is out of stock
    * Pricing errors occur
    * Payment is declined by the issuing bank
